We use a range of treatment strategies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness.  CBT is simply the process of reviewing our thoughts and behaviour with the aim of modifying these two aspects of our experience in order to bring about a change in the way we feel.  Mindfulness is paying attention to what is happening right now with an attitude of openness, curiosity and acceptance.  When CBT is coupled with Mindfulness, we have two powerful techniques for dealing with painful and challenging experiences.
