At Psychology ACT we think it is important to treat you with kindness, respect, honesty, trust and compassion. We recognise that when you access our clinical services for support, you are often in the midst of suffering, and these things are even more important.
We strive to make our services accessible regardless of your gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, financial circumstances, religion or age.
Information provided by you to us is maintained in the strictest confidence. We do not share information with others unless you give us permission to do so. Your files are kept secure in locked cabinets. However please note that we may be obliged to divulge information to third parties where lives are in danger, particularly the safety and wellbeing of children. Circumstances may also arise where we are required to provide copies of our files to a Court of Law, for example if you are involved in legal action. Please talk to our staff if you have any questions about confidentiality.
